Leadership is the artful combination of courage and compassion, humility and will,  the capacity to absorb increasing complexity and weave a story that unites the opposites and inspires coherent action. It is also the art of facilitating the alignment of vision, strategy and resources, the short-term and long-term perspectives, the "here and now" with the "there and then."

Our crises compound with a crisis of leadership. The old ways are dying and the new ones are not yet solidly established. Evolutionary Mentoring Service



A mentor is someone who is accountable for standing by you, committed
to your commitment to your full potential, even when you let it fade
out under the pressures of daily life and work.

An evolutionary mentor is someone who is inspired by and resonant with
the largest force in human history, the evolutionary imperative. S/he
is a person whose own evolution depends on how well s/he can support
yours.

Strategic Learning Conversations


When you need a fresh perspective, or to look at chaos from a vantage point, where it reveals an emergent order, then a strategic learmning partner is invaluable. The Strategic Learning Conversations are in-depth learning conversations with you and your team, focused on a strategic challenge or opportunity of your choice.  You can also choose one of the following issues, depending where you are or where your organisation is on its learning journey..

  • Discovering and defining your requirements for the transformation in capabilities that you want to achieve
  • Your conditions of satisfaction in meeting those requirements
  • Your understanding of what it will take to learn to reach them
  • Your dynamic map of key stakeholders, enablers and obstacles
  • Your strategy for cultivating and mobilising collective intelligence in and around your organisation

The session may be conducted in person or using mixed media, including: Skype texting, voice or video calls. In either case, you will receive a well-indexed record and a mindmap of the conversatiion, which will help you organsing what you learned and applying it in action.

Leadership Briefings typically consist of a 2-hour meeting coupled by our concise Leadership Briefings Notes, and followed by a high-level report that present the key findings in an actionable manner.

These are 1-day events, in-house or open enrollment, focused on one or two topics listed in the Leadership Briefings, and fully customised to your needs.
