Congratulations, George. Have you been to Ottawa before ? Nice little city. I believe Etienne has done a fair bit of work with the Canadian Federal Government on CoP, no ? I know an interesting guy - old old friend - who works withthe Dept of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, who is quite involved with givernment-online stuff, and very interested in cop, wirearchy, etc. Let me know if you want his contact info.
