Contemplative Practices

Contemplation is the art of focused mind. The practices of focused and quite mind are complementary to and essential for the effective use of the “active mind skills.” They are enablers of sustained deep attention and better sensing, individually and together.
Applying contemplative and other quiet mind practices in the context of organizational and social change work is still a pioneering service. We shall publish more details about it when we will have documented our observations of the main processes and their results.
