World Café

World Café is a group process based on a set of integrated design principles that reveal the collective intelligence of the participants. It scales well and can be used with groups as small as 9 or as large as 9,000. This method was born in 1995 during a two-day dialogue of an international multi-disciplinary group known as the 'Intellectual Capital Pioneers'. Our founder, George Pór was present and contributing; he is one of the global stewards of the Worl Café.
