Evolutionary Mentoring Service
Does everybody need an evolutionary mentor? No.
In a recent workshop, a Managing Director asked me, does everybody need an evolutionary mentor? My answer was: no but you need a Personal Advisory Board, a handpicked circle of wise people who carry your highest potential in their heart. In challenging times, you will need the gifts of a collective intelligence intelligence and wisdom that you can trust. We all do.
You can call "Board meeting" a few times a year, but you wouldn't call them every moment when you temporarily loose connection with the highest and deepest perspectives, from which you source yourself and your world. That's one of those moments when a mentor can help you find your way home.
What is an evolutionary mentor?
An evolutionary mentor is always ready to prvode you with multiple vantage points that let you can make wiser decisions and engage in wiser action. S/he is accountable for standing by you, committed to your commitment to your full potential, even when you let it fade out under the pressures of daily life and work.
An evolutionary mentor is someone who is inspired by and resonant with the largest force in human history, the evolutionary imperative working in and through us. S/he is a person whose own evolution depends on how well s/he can support yours.
What to expect?
What I do, typically, is to help you deepen the intimacy with the highest potential of your gifts to the world, and provide you with tools and strategies for better self organization to realize that potential. Why do we need such tools and strategie? Because Life is a complexity champ and we use our brain mostly for saving us from going nuts by being exposed to the whole majesty of the complex interdependences from which Her web is woven.
Nevertheless, evolution (personal and collective) is moving in the direction of increasing complexity, harmony, and compassion. To stay in touch with more of Life as it is continually unfolding, we need to grow capacity for both attenuating and amplifying complexity, as needed. That's what I designed some tools and strategies for.
Equipped with them, you can accelerate your personal/professional evolution, through connecting more profoundly with more of who you are and the world around you. I will challenge you to make good use of our all your intelligences, all your ways of knowing, in situations when nothing less will do it. You will be introduced to practices based on ancient wisdom traditions to source clear thinking and effective action.
A mentoring relationship starts with a generative interview aimed at discovering the question most alive for you now, and the future possibility that has the strongest pull on you. The scope of the sessions covers a wider range because the mentor may call your attention to blind spots in any area that obstructs the realisation of your being and becoming.

Evolutionary Mentoring and Evolutionary Mentoring Plus
Both kinds of service address the whole person and help to source personal evolution from the most powerful force in the universe, the evolutionary impulse itself. They lead to an expanding identity, in which personal evolution directly contributes to planetary evolution.
