Methods
Besides the methods used in the basic service, Evolutionary Mentoring Plus will also draw on any of the following, as needed:
Wheel of Evolutionary Leadership Competences, a personal development framework that covers such areas as Systems Thinking, Personal Knowledge Ecology, and Attention Mastery
Lifework Balance, mapping and harmonizing dimensions of one’s lifework, complete with “radar chart” self-assessment
Wisdom Council, awakening and learning from your inner guides
Embodied Leadership, using “felt sense” and somatic intelligence to awaken deep intuition, and anticipatory thinking capabilities
Living Report, a collection of thought patterns mission-critical to your aspirations, drawn from the analyzed transcript of mentoring conversations, which shows developmental strengths and opportunities for improvement
Practicalities
Communication media: We will use Skype and a private, password protected space on a networking site for our communication. That will be in addition to the face-to-face sessions that you can have with me when we are in the same town or airport.
Schedule: A typical session is 1.5-hour long and can be taken at scheduled times. Recommended frequency: twice a month.
Fee: The cost of this program varies by the length of subscription (6, 12, or 24 sessions) and sector (private, public, social, individual). The guiding price for a 6-session series with clients in the private sector is £300/session. Contact us for more details. Money is not the main factor in choosing the assignments that we accept. If we need to discuss your situation, let us know.
Suggested first steps
A mentoring relationship starts with a generative interview aimed at discovering the question most alive for you now, and the future possibility that has the strongest pull on you. Following that, you would be supported to develop or upgrade your current personal mission statement based on your vision of a future that is personally and professionally meaningful to you, inspiring, and energizing. That statement will serve as a compass we use for orienting the co-design of our process and its evaluation framework.
