Transformational resultsWe work with clients who aspire to have a positive change in their repertory of organisational capabilities. We are talented in transforming organisational "problems" into opportunities to grow much needed, new or better competences. Our services foster new levels of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and well-being at work. We do that by staging and guiding transformational interventions.
Innovation focusTechnology-spurred innovation is affecting human and organisational life, at a scale never seen before. Business and social innovations are fueled by it. All that strongly affects the ways we work and learn. Attending all of those domains of innovation in our client systems, we developed a holistic framework and methodology that we call the "CIL Innovation Architecture." Learning partnershipTransform sticks, becomes sustainable when there are learning communities and partnerships to keep them in vibrant health. among all involved. We do not only facilitate transformation and foster innovation; we also give our clients opportunity to form learning partnerships to support them. Examples include communities of practice and cross-organisational consortia that are learning ecosystem comprised of: people network of professionals; producing a knowledge network of insights and inspiration, supported by a technology network of collaboration tools.
