Our network of transformation facilitators, leadership educators, community cultivators, knowledge ecologists, and online specialists, are drawing on a rich  ecosystem of their shared knowledge. That ecosystem is the foundation, on which we foster the development of professional learning communities, also known as "communities of practice" in each of our 8 domains of practice outlined below. Think of that circle as a palette of capabilities, which we make available to our clients for painting with it the future they desire.

Those communities will be open to all practitioners attracted by and resonating with our Vision and Purpose. Community members will be able to:

• Stay connected with and move the edge of innovation in their respective domain.
• Call on special expertise from a growing pool of practitioners.
• Co-create a knowledge base of community cultivation practices worth to replicate.

The diagram below represents the domains of practice that we are cultivating, and their relationships. The question associated with each domain is a candidate for the community's initial focus that its members will refine or replace with questions that suit better their driving questions. Each community will be facilitated by a CIL Partners or or Associates. The basic promise of any of the comunities is to create more value for and with its members than the value of time/attention that they invest in it.

The links between the 8 domains represent their potential cross-impac. As this ecosystem of prctice domains evolves, so will th strength of value and knowledge flows across them, represented by the links connecting the nodes.
