CommunityIntelligence came into being driven by the desire to contribute to the well-being of current and future generations, by augmenting the collective intelligence and wisdom of people, organisations, society, and multi-stakeholder global systems.
We know a better world is possible, and is in need of our wise action, today. We envision a world, where domination is replaced by partnering and commoning as the mainstream way of organising work and learning. There, organisations are responsive to the Whole, including their members, stakeholders, the biosphere, the noosphere, and future generations.
It is a world in which the fulldevelopment of everyone is the goal of the whole. People work in democraticworkplaces free of fear and exploitation, in all public, state, and commonsenterprises. Work as creative self-expression is not the privilege of the few anymore. All social institutions function to increase aliveness, joy, andprosperity for all.
