By looking at collective intelligence (CI) through four distinct lenses, this paper draws on recent research in organizational design, evolutionary economics, cognitive sciences, knowledge ecology and political economy to built a twin path forward: collective intelligence and collective leadership. It lays out elements of a framework for building this twin path beyond chaos.

Authors define the collective intelligence in its evolutionary dimension as the essential capacity to address the unprecedented challenges of the 21st century and analyze the spectacular rise of the this meme as a field of study and practice.

Experience of intergenerational conversations led the author to pioneer the connection between local and global conversations. Published in Kosmos Journal Summer/Spring 2008.
